How Appdex keeps ZIP products reliable.

Every listing should include a working ZIP, clear setup instructions, screenshots, and an honest license note.

ZIP and listing checks

Products are checked for basic ZIP requirements first: the upload must be a real ZIP, not empty, and within the size limit. Passing listings can go live automatically.

Protected delivery

Downloads unlock only after payment confirmation. Buyers receive a one-use token that expires in 24 hours, and Appdex logs download time and IP for dispute evidence.

Reports and disputes

Buyers have 48 hours to report serious issues. Seller payout transfer stays held for 7 days, and admins only step in when a disputed case needs evidence review.
